- Conduct certificate from a respectable authority
- Indemnity bond signed by student and parent
- Fee payment receipt
Attendance: 80% class and 100% practical attendance required.
Absence Policy: Absence beyond 15 days without approval may lead to termination.

- Maintain proper conduct and decorum
- Wear prescribed uniforms during academic hours
- Respect institutional property and community values
Disciplinary actions are handled solely by the Director in accordance with the institutional policy.
